Adults: 1.2–2.4 g/m² IV daily for 5 consecutive days every 3 weeks. Pediatrics: 1.6–2.4 g/m² IV daily for 5 days every 3 weeks. Dose adjustments required for renal or hepatic impairment. Always administer with mesna for uroprotection.
Testicular cancer, sarcomas (including soft tissue sarcoma, osteosarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma), lymphoma, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, cervical carcinoma, pediatric solid tumors.
Hemorrhagic cystitis, neurotoxicity, myelosuppression, nephrotoxicity, adequate hydration required, monitor renal and hepatic function, risk of secondary malignancies, avoid live vaccines, monitor for infections, use effective contraception, caution in hepatic or renal impairment, monitor for electrolyte disturbances, potential for severe nausea and vomiting, dose adjustment in elderly.
