Adults: For erectile dysfunction, 10 mg taken prior to anticipated sexual activity, adjustable to 20 mg or reduced to 5 mg based on efficacy and tolerability. For daily use, 2.5 mg once daily, increased to 5 mg based on tolerability. Not recommended for pediatrics or special populations without specific adjustments.
