Monitor liver function, thyroid function, pulmonary function, avoid sun exposure, use sunscreen, monitor for vision changes, avoid grapefruit juice, adjust dose in renal impairment, monitor heart function (ECG), use cautiously in patients with electrolyte disturbances, pregnancy category D, not recommended during breastfeeding.
