Diclofenac (50mg) + Paracetamol (325mg) + Serratiopeptidase (10mg)
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and analgesic with proteolytic enzyme (serratiopeptidase).
Zeldinac-SP Tablet is available as an oral tablet formulation.
Standard adult dose is typically one tablet 2–3 times daily after meals. Use in children is not well established; consult a physician. Caution in renal or hepatic impairment—dose adjustment or avoidance may be necessary. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Not recommended in severe renal or hepatic dysfunction.
Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), reducing prostaglandin synthesis and inflammation. Paracetamol inhibits central COX, decreasing pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down inflammatory mediators and fibrin, reducing edema and promoting tissue repair. Together, they provide analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-edematous effects.

Use of diclofenac in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, is not recommended; paracetamol is generally considered safe; safety of serratiopeptidase is unestablished.
Gastrointestinal bleeding risk, renal and hepatic function monitoring, avoid in peptic ulcer disease, caution in asthma, monitor for allergic reactions, avoid with other NSAIDs, assess for cardiovascular risk, monitor blood pressure, use lowest effective dose, caution in elderly, avoid in late pregnancy, monitor for edema.
Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, or excipients, active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe hepatic or renal impairment, history of NSAID-induced asthma or urticaria, third trimester of pregnancy, severe heart failure.
