Phenylephrine: Vasoconstrictor; Beclometasone: Corticosteroid; Lidocaine: Local anesthetic. Combination: Antihemorrhoidal.
Phenylephrine is an α1-adrenergic receptor agonist causing local vasoconstriction; beclometasone binds glucocorticoid receptors, inhibiting NF-κB-mediated pro-inflammatory gene transcription; lidocaine blocks voltage-gated sodium channels (Nav1.7, Nav1.8), inhibiting neuronal depolarization and nociceptive signal transmission.
