Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, Serratiopeptidase 10 mg.

Dose

Adults: 1 tablet twice daily. Not recommended for children. Use cautiously in elderly and patients with renal or hepatic impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Avoid in pregnancy and lactation unless clearly needed. Consult healthcare provider for specific adjustments.

Mechanism of action

Inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 (COX-1, COX-2), reducing prostaglandin synthesis; inhibits prostaglandin H2 synthetase (COX-3) in the CNS; serratiopeptidase hydrolyzes inflammatory mediators (e.g., bradykinin, histamine), reducing edema and inflammation. Result: analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects.

Precautions

History of hypersensitivity to components, active peptic ulcer or GI bleeding, severe hepatic or renal impairment, bleeding disorders, pregnancy and breastfeeding, concomitant anticoagulant use, asthma or NSAID allergy, elderly patients, avoid alcohol, monitor for gastrointestinal, hepatic, or renal adverse effects, use with caution in cardiovascular disease.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, or NSAIDs, active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe hepatic or renal impairment, severe heart failure, pregnancy (third trimester), bleeding disorders.
