Sumatriptan: Antimigraine (triptan); Naproxen: NSAID; Combination: Antimigraine therapy.
Film-coated tablet
Sumatriptan 85 mg, Naproxen 500 mg per tablet.
Adults: One tablet (sumatriptan 85 mg + naproxen 500 mg) taken orally at migraine onset; may repeat after 2 hours if needed, maximum 2 tablets in 24 hours. Safety and efficacy not established in pediatrics or patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment; use is not recommended in these populations.

Cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, history of stroke or TIA, severe hepatic or renal impairment, peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, pregnancy, breastfeeding, concomitant use of SSRIs/SNRIs/MAOIs, risk of serotonin syndrome, hypersensitivity to sumatriptan, naproxen, or NSAIDs, asthma, elderly patients.
