Dose

Adults: Take one 'Myospaz D Tablet' (Diclofenac 50mg + Metaxalone 400mg) three times daily. Not recommended for pediatric use or in pregnancy. Caution advised in elderly and those with renal or hepatic impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Consult healthcare provider for specific recommendations.
