Doxylamine: Antihistamine; Pyridoxine: Vitamin B6; Antiemetic combination.
Tablet
Doxylamine 10 mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10 mg.
Adults: 1 tablet orally at bedtime; if needed, increase to 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at bedtime. Maximum: 2 tablets daily. Not recommended for children. Use with caution in elderly and hepatic impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Avoid in severe renal or hepatic dysfunction.

Hypersensitivity to doxylamine, pyridoxine, or excipients, concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), severe liver impairment, narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, acute asthma attacks.
