Pregnancy category

Precautions

Avoid in viral, fungal, mycobacterial infections of the eye/ear, perforated tympanic membrane, hypersensitivity to quinolones or corticosteroids, pregnancy, lactation, prolonged use (risk of fungal overgrowth, resistance), contact lens wear during treatment, concurrent use with other ototoxic or nephrotoxic drugs, children under 1 year.
