Adults: 1 capsule once daily, swallowed whole with water. Safety and efficacy in pediatric patients have not been established. Use with caution in renal impairment; dose adjustment of pregabalin may be necessary. Not recommended in pregnancy or lactation unless clearly indicated.
Methylcobalamin acts as a cofactor for methionine synthase, facilitating homocysteine to methionine conversion. Pregabalin binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels, reducing neurotransmitter release. Folic acid is converted to tetrahydrofolate, essential for DNA synthesis and methylation reactions.
Peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, neuropathic pain, vitamin B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency, adjunct in epilepsy, fibromyalgia, generalized anxiety disorder.
