Adults: 1–2 tablets (0.5 mg betamethasone + 2 mg dexchlorpheniramine maleate per tablet) twice daily. Children 6–12 years: ½–1 tablet twice daily. Not recommended for children under 6 years. Dose adjustment may be required in hepatic or renal impairment; use with caution in elderly.
Allergic rhinitis, urticaria, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, drug-induced allergic reactions, angioedema, pruritus, eczema, insect bite reactions, serum sickness, adjunct in severe allergic or inflammatory conditions.

Hypersensitivity to betamethasone or dexchlorpheniramine, systemic fungal infections, peptic ulcer, glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, narrow-angle glaucoma, severe hypertension, breastfeeding, neonates, MAOI use.
