Dose

Dissolve one GITRAL-M sachet (27.9 g) in 1 liter of water. Adults and children: give 50–100 mL/kg over 3–4 hours; infants: 75 mL/kg over 4 hours. Adjust ongoing administration according to losses and clinical response. Use with caution in renal impairment or severe malnutrition.
