Dose

Adults: Paracetamol 500 mg, Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg, Chlorzoxazone 250 mg orally twice daily. Not recommended for children under 18 years. Use with caution in hepatic or renal impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Contraindicated in severe hepatic, renal, or cardiac dysfunction.

Musculoskeletal pain, acute low back pain, muscle spasm, sprains, strains, traumatic injury, postoperative pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, cervical spondylosis, dental pain, headache, dysmenorrhea.
