Acetyl salicylic acid 300mg per tablet

Dose

Adults: 300–900 mg orally every 4–6 hours as needed; maximum 4 g/day. Pediatrics: Not routinely recommended due to Reye’s syndrome risk. Elderly: Use lowest effective dose; monitor for gastrointestinal and bleeding risks. Renal/hepatic impairment: Use with caution; dose adjustment may be necessary.
