Metformin HCl 850mg

Dose

Adults: 850 mg once or twice daily with meals; maximum 3,000 mg/day. Pediatrics (≥10 years): 500 mg once or twice daily, titrate as needed; maximum 2,000 mg/day. Renal impairment: Contraindicated if eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m²; reduce dose if eGFR 30–45 mL/min/1.73 m².
