Dose

Adults and children: 1–2 drops into affected eye, ear, or nostril every 2–6 hours, reducing frequency as symptoms improve. Use with caution in children; avoid prolonged use. Contraindicated in untreated infections. Adjust dose in elderly and those with renal impairment if prolonged use is anticipated.

Allergic or inflammatory eye conditions, bacterial eye infections, allergic or inflammatory ear conditions, bacterial ear infections, allergic or inflammatory nasal conditions, bacterial nasal infections, post-operative ocular, aural, or nasal inflammation.
