Dose

Adults and children over 12 years: 4 mg every 4–6 hours (maximum 24 mg/day). Children 6–12 years: 2 mg every 4–6 hours (maximum 12 mg/day). Children 2–5 years: 1 mg every 4–6 hours (maximum 6 mg/day). Use with caution in elderly and hepatic impairment.

Indications

Allergic rhinitis, urticaria, pruritus, allergic conjunctivitis, food allergy, drug allergy, insect bite reactions, angioedema, adjunct in anaphylactic reactions.
