Dose

Adults: 10–20 mL orally 3–4 times daily, preferably 20–60 minutes after meals and at bedtime. Pediatrics: Safety and efficacy not established; use only if prescribed. Renal impairment: Use with caution; monitor for hypermagnesemia and aluminum toxicity. Shake well before use.

Indications

Dyspepsia, hyperacidity, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, heartburn, flatulence, bloating, indigestion, relief of symptoms associated with excess gas.
