Colchicine 0.5 mg per tablet

Dose

Adults: Acute gout flare, 1.2 mg initially followed by 0.6 mg after 1 hour; maximum 1.8 mg over 1 hour period. Prophylaxis, 0.6 mg once or twice daily. Pediatrics: Not recommended for children under 4 years. Adjust dose in renal or hepatic impairment.
