Clotrimazole USP 1%

Dose

Apply Candid Cream (Clotrimazole 1%) thinly and evenly to the affected area 2-3 times daily. Duration: 2-4 weeks for skin infections, up to 6 weeks for foot infections. Pediatric use is similar to adults. Adjustments for special populations are not typically required.

Indications

Treatment of fungal skin infections including athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, candidiasis, and pityriasis versicolor; prevention of fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.
