Precautions

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes, do not apply to broken or sunburned skin, use sunscreen and limit sun exposure, discontinue if severe irritation or allergic reaction occurs, avoid concurrent use of other topical irritants, not recommended during pregnancy, use with caution in breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to adapalene, clindamycin, lincomycin, or any excipients, history of regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis, antibiotic-associated colitis, Crohn’s disease.
