Adults: 1-2 tablets (Chlorzoxazone 250 mg, Paracetamol 300 mg per tablet) 3-4 times daily. Pediatrics: Not recommended for children under 12 years. Special populations: Caution in elderly, hepatic or renal impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Consult healthcare provider for specific adjustments.
Chlorzoxazone acts by inhibiting degranulation of mast cells, likely involving phospholipase A2 inhibition, reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, particularly COX-2 in the brain, decreasing prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain and fever.

Hypersensitivity to chlorzoxazone or paracetamol, severe hepatic impairment, active liver disease, history of drug-induced hepatotoxicity, myasthenia gravis, severe renal impairment.
