Dose

Adults: Initial dose of 7.5 mg once daily; may increase to 15 mg once daily if needed. Pediatrics: Not recommended for children under 16 years. Special populations: In renal impairment, maximum dose is 7.5 mg daily. Adjustments may be necessary for elderly or those with hepatic impairment.

Hypersensitivity to meloxicam or excipients, active peptic ulcer, recent gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, severe hepatic impairment, severe renal impairment, children under 15 years, pregnancy (third trimester).
