AZITHROMYCIN 1G FLUCONAZOLE 150MG SECNIDAZOLE 1G
For adults: Azithromycin 1 g orally single dose, Fluconazole 150 mg orally single dose, Secnidazole 1 g orally single dose, all taken together. Not recommended for pediatric use or during pregnancy and lactation unless specifically indicated by a specialist. Dose adjustments may be required in severe hepatic or renal impairment.
Uncomplicated vulvovaginal candidiasis, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, mixed vaginal infections, syndromic management of vaginal discharge.

Hypersensitivity to azithromycin, fluconazole, secnidazole, macrolides, azoles, or nitroimidazoles, severe hepatic impairment, QT prolongation, concurrent use of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 (for fluconazole), pregnancy (for secnidazole).
