Flucloxacillin (as sodium) 250mg per capsule

Dose

Adults: 250–500 mg orally every 6 hours. Children 2–10 years: 250 mg every 6 hours; under 2 years: 62.5–125 mg every 6 hours. Renal impairment: No dose adjustment usually required. Take on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after meals.
