Adults: 50 mg orally, taken as needed approximately 1 hour before sexual activity; may adjust to 25–100 mg based on efficacy and tolerability. Not recommended for pediatric use. Use with caution in elderly, hepatic, or severe renal impairment; consider starting at 25 mg. Contraindicated with nitrates.
