Dose

Adults: One tablet (Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) twice daily after meals. Not recommended for children under 18 years. Use with caution in elderly, hepatic, or renal impairment; dose adjustment may be necessary. Avoid in severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.

Indications

Acute musculoskeletal pain, painful muscle spasms, low back pain, cervical spondylosis, musculoskeletal disorders associated with inflammation and spasm.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, or chlorzoxazone, active peptic ulcer, severe hepatic or renal impairment, severe heart failure, history of NSAID-induced asthma or urticaria, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
