Dose

Adults: 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily for osteoarthritis; 100–200 mg twice daily for rheumatoid arthritis. Pediatrics (≥2 years, juvenile idiopathic arthritis): 50–100 mg twice daily based on weight. Use lowest effective dose in elderly and patients with hepatic impairment; avoid in severe hepatic impairment.
