Ketoconazole USP 2% w/w

Dose

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily for 2–4 weeks in adults and children over 12 years; safety and efficacy in children under 12 years not established. Use with caution in hepatic impairment; avoid contact with eyes.

Tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea versicolor, cutaneous candidiasis, seborrheic dermatitis.
