Hypotension risk, especially postural, syncope, use caution in elderly, hepatic impairment, concomitant antihypertensives, cataract surgery (intraoperative floppy iris syndrome), monitor for dizziness, avoid abrupt withdrawal, pregnancy and lactation safety not established, use with caution in heart failure, monitor blood pressure regularly.
