Dose

For adults, the usual dose is 4 mg once daily, adjustable based on response; maximum 16 mg once daily. Not recommended for pediatric use. In elderly or those with renal impairment, no dose adjustment is generally required. Use with caution in hepatic impairment; dose reduction may be necessary.
