Artificial intelligence is moving from research labs into everyday pharmacy practice. This course gives pharmacy students, interns and practicing pharmacists a clear, practical grounding in what AI is, how it works at a basic level, and where it is already being used across the medicines lifecycle.
You will move from core concepts (machine learning, data and algorithms) through to real applications in drug discovery, clinical decision support, dispensing automation and patient engagement. The course closes with a practical look at the risks, ethics and regulatory considerations pharmacists need to keep in mind when working with AI powered tools.
Every module combines short readings with diagrams, interactive walkthroughs and quizzes, so you can check your understanding as you go rather than only at the end.
