HPCZ licensure examination is tied to professional qualification and registration requirements. Before studying an exam format, confirm that you are using the pharmacist route that applies to your training and registration category.
APPLICATION PATH
Work through the route in the right order
01
Confirm the professional category and qualification
Use the current HPCZ registration/licensure guidance for pharmacists. Do not assume pharmacy technician or another health-profession examination requirements are identical.
02
Complete the current licensure application requirements
Use HPCZ's current portal/forms and instructions for documents, verification, payment and approval. Operational details should come from the live Council source.
03
Prepare for both theory and practical assessment
Once eligible, plan logistics for the theoretical and OSCE/OSPE components and read any candidate instructions about venues, identification, permitted items and timing.
04
Retain official confirmation and monitor updates
Check Council communications close to the sitting for venue or procedural changes, especially if travel is involved.
Application/payment/verification completed through current HPCZ process
Theory and practical component instructions reviewed
Current venue, date, ID and reporting requirements confirmed
Current official guidance wins
HPCZ procedures and schedules can change. Use the current Council application and candidate communication for eligibility, fees, dates and documentation.
