NPC publishes both general pre-registration requirements and session-specific application calendars. Use the general page to understand the route, then the current calendar for the actual window and attachments.
APPLICATION PATH
Work through the route in the right order
01
Check the general pre-registration requirements
NPC lists an application letter, certified pharmacy qualification, identification, payment evidence and internship-related requirements, with additional requirements for candidates trained abroad/non-Rwandan applicants.
02
Use the current session calendar
Recent NPC calendars specify the application period and required attachments and direct candidates to the Health Workforce Management System (HWMS).
03
Prepare foreign-study/equivalence evidence where applicable
Candidates who studied abroad may need equivalence and internship evidence; non-Rwandan professionals have additional reciprocity/registration/good-standing requirements on the general page.
04
Track the written result and oral stage
After the written assessment, use the NPC result notice for appeal and oral examination arrangements rather than relying on the original application calendar.
