Work through the route in the right order

1. 01

   Confirm your route

   Check that your PPB record places you on the pharmacist Stage route or pharmaceutical technologist Level route and that you are applying for the correct entry/resit status.

2. 02

   Apply through the PPB portal

   Use the Exams area and Exam Application workflow, upload the requested documents, complete payment through the portal and retain the generated confirmation/receipt.

3. 03

   Wait for processing and download the exam card

   PPB's exam guidance says candidates receive notification after processing and can then download the examination card. Recheck your portal for centre or sitting updates.

4. 04

   Complete the current sitting instructions

   Recent online sittings include centre selection, rehearsal and mock arrangements. Follow the notice issued for your own sitting because delivery details can change.

Candidate checklist

• Correct Stage/Level and first-attempt/resit selection
• Required supporting documents uploaded in the requested format
• Application payment and receipt/confirmation retained
• Exam card and current centre details checked before the sitting
• Current rehearsal, mock, device, ID and reporting-time instructions reviewed
