The Pharmacy Council publishes unusually useful paper-level content, so your revision can be organised directly around what each paper is designed to test rather than around a generic pharmacy-school curriculum.
BLUEPRINT TO REVISION
What to study — and where the knowledge connects
These links open broad PharmaProLearn learning units. Use them to rebuild foundations, then return to the regulator's current blueprint or guidance for the exact scope expected in your examination.
Paper I: pharmaceutical compounding, calculations and formulations
Revise dosage forms, formulation principles, pharmaceutical calculations such as dose/dilution/concentration, and quality assurance/production concepts identified in the Council content document.
Paper II: hospital and community pharmacy practice
The published content includes rational medicine use, dispensing, counselling, adverse effects/interactions, special populations, antimicrobial resistance, treatment guidelines, supply-chain management and other applied practice issues.
Paper III: Tanzanian law, regulation, ethics and conduct
Use the current Pharmacy Act, regulations and Code of Ethics/Professional Conduct listed by the Council. This is jurisdiction-specific content: a generic law question bank cannot replace the Tanzanian source documents.
TURN INFORMATION INTO A PLAN
How to use this in your preparation
01
Build three separate checklists from the current Council content document so a strong Paper II does not hide weak Paper I or III preparation.
02
For Paper I show working; for Paper II explain patient/practice reasoning; for Paper III cite the correct Tanzanian rule or professional principle.
03
Recheck the Council regulations/guidelines page for amended legal sources before the final revision cycle.
Current official guidance wins
The unit links below cover transferable foundations. Tanzanian laws, treatment guidelines and professional rules must be studied from current local official sources.
